أعلن المدعي العام في جزر القمر ، يوم الجمعة 22 مايو من هذا الأسبوع عن في جزر القمر ، تفكيك خليةإرهابية واعتقال حوالي 20 شخصًا في سياق محاولة تفجير بالقنابل كان سيستهدف الرئيس غزالي في شهر أبريل الماضي. وقد تم توجيه الاتهام إلى 22 شخصاً ، من بينهم 19 وضعوا رهن الحبس الاحتياطي بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة آخرين تم وضعهم تحت الرقابة القضائية لتورطهم المزعوم في محاولة الاغتيال ضد رئيس الدولة.
وأوضح وكيل النيابة أن الأحداث تعود لشهر إبريل المنصرم عندما حاول رجل تسجيل طرد يوم 21 من نفس الشهر في الرحلة التي كانت تقتلع من أنجوان متجهة إلى موهيلي وعلى متنها الرئيس غزالي. وعندما أراد أن يعود بعد رفض ضباط أمن المطار ، سقطت العبوة المعنية من دراجته النارية ، مما تسبب بحدوث انفجار أصيب فيه الرجل بجروح بالغة. وأضاف المدعي العام أن التحقيقات أدت إلى مصادرة 16 لغماً يدويا في مناطق مختلفة بأنجوان، و 21 كيلوجرامًا من الديناميت و 54 مفجرًا عن بعد.
ولم يتردد المحامي العام أثناء حديثه في اتهام ماأسماها بـ “منظمة إرهابية” يوجد أعضاؤها في الأراضي الوطنية كما في الخارج بالوقوف خلف محاولة الاغتيال الفاشل ضد رئيس الجمهورية، ذاكرا أن من بين الممولين من هم مقيمون في فرنسا ومايوت ومدغشقر. وأعلن أنه تم اكتشاف الأماكن التي تم فيها صنع القنابل في جزيرة أنجوان ، إحدى معاقل النزاع – حسب وصفه وأن معظم من تم توقيفهم هم المنفذون وجلهم ينحدرون من جزيرة أنجوان وآخر يقيم في انغازيجا.
ويذكر أن العام الماضي ، كان الرئيس غزالي قد ادعى بالفعل أنه نجا من هجوم أيضًا في أنجوان ، في منتصف الحملات الانتخابات الرئاسية التي فاز بها أخيرًا ، وهو الهجوم الذي نددت به المعارضة ووصفته بـ “محض افتراء” من قبل النظام في ذلك الوقت.
